Here at Newgen construction we can provide you with all the services you need in order to fully renovate your property. We will manage your project so that you have a single point of contact, whilst we liaise with architects, tradespeople and planning departments on your behalf.
We believe that good communication is the key to managing a successful renovation project and see our ability to develop good working relationships as one of our strengths. We will take care of all aspects of the project: getting materials and good tradesmen whenever needed, organising works to be carried out without delays.
We will be in close contact with you throughout the project: updating you on the progress, answering your questions, giving you advice if appropriate. Normally we will leave up to you choose the finishes, equipment, colours – however, we will be happy to assist you in selecting and sourcing those.
